International purchases are priced and charged in US Dollars (USD). Our order process for international purchases is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, invoicing and refunds. The exact amount, including any applicable tax, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Prices may change without prior notice; changes do not affect orders already placed. Promotional pricing (such as a discounted first month of membership) applies to domestic (KRW) subscriptions only, once per account on first sign-up; the regular price stated at sign-up is charged automatically after the promotional period.
Article 7 (Cancellation and Refunds)
International purchases (USD, processed by Paddle.com): you may request a full refund of any payment within 14 days of the payment, for any reason. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Memberships can be cancelled at any time from My Page; cancellation stops future payments and access continues until the end of the current billing period. See the Refund Policy for details.
Domestic purchases (KRW, processed by Toss Payments) are subject to the refund terms set out in Article 7 of the Korean version of these Terms, which follow the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
